While Rison didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the DeWitt Dragons on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Rison's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for DeWitt, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Rison Wildcats face off against Hamburg Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Rison's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Hamburg has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for DeWitt, they will challenge Harrisburg at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
