The Tuscola Mountaineers are on the road again  on Thursday to play the West Henderson Falcons at 6:00  p.m. Both teams come into the  matchup bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.

The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Tuscola considering their two-run performance the  game before.
  Addi Sampson made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and one unearned) runs off   three  hits. Sampson was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Karsen Cherry was a standout: she got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with four  RBI, two  runs,  and a  double.  Kinzie Messer was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in five of her six plate appearances.
 Franklin typically has all the answers at home, but  on Tuesday West Henderson proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged the Panthers out  4-3. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for West Henderson.
 Tuscola's record now sits at 7-12. As for West Henderson, their record now sits at 17-2.
