Softball Recap: First Academy Extends Winning Streak to Three

First Academy waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Eagle's View Warriors with a sharp 15-4 win. Considering the Eagles have won six games by more than eight runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

First Academy now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Eagle's View, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

Coming up, First Academy will take on Wildwood at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.87 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of. Eagle's View does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
