Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's matchup: Altamont hasn't let much over the net this season, having averaged 4.7 blocks per game. It's a different story for Cumberland, though, as they've been averaging only 0.7 blocks. Given Altamont's sizable advantage in that area, the Pirates will need to find a way to close that gap.
Altamont was able to grind out a solid victory over Cumberland in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Pirates have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
