The John Paul II Catholic Saints came into Friday's   matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down Howard 66-48  on Friday. The  victory was just what John Paul II Catholic needed coming off of a  57-35 defeat in their prior  matchup.
 John Paul II Catholic's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Caleb Knight, who  scored 16 points. Knight is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kyle Watkins, who  scored 14 points.
 John Paul II Catholic's win  ended a three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 7-15. As for Howard,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 12-5.
 John Paul II Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Howard will look to defend their home court  on Wednesday against the  at 6:30  p.m.
