Calvary Day added to the longest winning streak in A Region 3A this week by beating Prince Avenue Christian, 33-14. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
Calvary Day moved up to 128 from 169 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Mark Stroud's team was able to move up by topping the Wolverines 33-14.
Calvary Day's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Cavaliers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Michael Peterson has thrown for 2,719 yards and 36 touchdowns this season, while Jordan Walker has 53 catches for 647 yards.
The Cavaliers took down Prince Avenue Christian 33-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Peterson threw for 266 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win.
