Abbeville entered their tilt with Calhoun County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 41-24 win over the Calhoun County Saints. The Panthers pushed the score to 35-15 by the end of the third, a deficit the Saints cut but never quite recovered from.

Despite the loss, Calhoun County still got an impressive performance from Raniya Tyler, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 12 steals. Those 12 steals gave Tyler a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Christian Tyler-Corley, who posted four points and seven steals.

Abbeville's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Calhoun County, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-11.

Looking ahead, Abbeville will be playing in front of their home fans against North at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. North will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Abbeville surely won't give up without a fight. Calhoun County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
