Nixon waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They claimed a resounding 75-39 victory over the Rio Grande City Rattlers. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 20 points or more this season.

Nixon got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Uli Torres out in front who went 6 of 7 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of William Palumbo, who went 6 for 15 en route to 18 points.

Nixon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.3 points per game. As for Rio Grande City, their loss dropped their record down to 22-12.
