The Land O' Lakes Gators's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their ninth straight defeat. They took a 71-57 bruising from Sunlake. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Massie is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nash Patapoff, who scored 12 points along with five assists and two steals.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Land O' Lakes will take on Countryside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Countryside is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 59.4 points per game this season. As for Sunlake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mitchell at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Florida (Mitchell is ranked 281st, while Sunlake is ranked 262nd).
