Jupiter has gone a perfect 9-0 against Leonard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Warriors will look to defend their home field against the Lancers at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Jupiter's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Leonard has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
Jupiter barely beat Cardinal Newman the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Crusaders on Wednesday. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by six runs or more this season.

Ethan Trivison tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, Brady Blanks was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Griffin Miller, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
Jupiter hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Leonard had to endure a 12-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Lake Worth Christian 7-1 on Friday. The Lancers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 11th.
Shawn Lopez made a splash while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Lopez was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Bryan Quiroz-Rivera, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Juan Pablo Llorente was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.
Jupiter has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Leonard, their win bumped their record up to 3-12.
Leonard's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Jupiter hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .320. It's a different story for Leonard, though, as they've only averaged .252. Will they be able to contain Jupiter's hitters?
Everything went Jupiter's way against Leonard in their previous matchup back in April of 2019, as Jupiter made off with a 9-0 victory. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lancers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
