Providence School got a great performance from Gavin Duva as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Those six strikeouts gave Duva a new career-high.
On the hitting side, Jake Cotner was incredible, going 3-for-6 with three doubles and four RBI. Those three doubles gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Grant Sheppard, who went 4-for-6 with three RBI.
