Troy lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Cowanesque Valley, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's matchup. The Trojans put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 19-2 win on Wednesday. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by 11 runs or more this season.

Troy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Cowanesque Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.

Looking ahead, Troy will challenge Towanda at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Black Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Trojans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Cowanesque Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
