Gilmer kept a clean sheet against Chestatee on Thursday. They put the hurt on the War Eagles with a sharp 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for Gilmer, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Chestatee with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gimena Domingo-Tercero (4), Angelica Castenada (3), Yenifer Lopez (2), and Joei Marshall.

Gilmer is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those four contests. As for Chestatee, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gilmer will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ringgold at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th.
