Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lafayette). Everything went their way against the York Falcons on Friday as the Lafayette Rams made off with a 63-43 win. The victory was nothing new for the Rams as they're now sitting on three straight.

Lafayette's record is now 4-2. As for York, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Hampton at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hampton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.3 points per game this season. As for York, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bruton at 7:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
