Great Mills is 10-0 against Calvert since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Meanwhile, Calvert's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 67-51 to Northern. Calvert has not had much luck with Northern recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Great Mills' victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points per game. As for Calvert, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.
