While Strath Haven put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Penncrest. The Panthers took their match with ease, bagging a 35-0 win over the Lions. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Lions are ranked 190th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Strath Haven has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 39.5 points this season. As for Penncrest, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
