The Hunterdon Central Red Devils entered their game against the Kingsway Dragons on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Hunterdon Central fell 27-14 to Kingsway.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kingsway to victory, but perhaps none more so than Thomas Popoff, who rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 158 yards and a touchdown. Benny Liles III was another key contributor, picking up 100 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Hunterdon Central's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Kingsway, their win bumped their record up to an identical 6-4.
Hunterdon Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kingsway also has no future games currently scheduled.
