Sam Richmond ran for two touchdowns and
Tim Haehl added two as well as
Bellevue (Wash.) upset Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, Wash.) 52-20 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Haehl to
Ross Connors in the first quarter, the Wolverines led 34-7 at the half.
Bellevue expanded its lead to 38 points entering the fourth quarter. BHS scored two times in the third, including once on a defensive touchdown.
The loss snapped Eastside Catholic's six-game winning streak.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 35-3 win for the Wolverines.
The defeat comes as a step back for Eastside Catholic, who notched a 28-14 victory over O'Dea in its previous outing.
