Javon McKinley to announce college commitment at U.S. Army All-American Bowl

The nation's No. 18 wide receiver according to 247Sports, Javon McKinley of Centennial (Corona, Calif.), is set to make his college decision at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday.

McKinley has taken official visits to Washington, Tennessee, Notre Dame, UCLA and Oregon.

The game will be televised at 1 p.m. on NBC. The 247Sports Crystal Ball has McKinley overwhelmingly leaning toward Notre Dame.
