With the crowd pumped up over Pemberton’s consistent scoring, he then made another touchdown at the beginning of the 2nd quarter, making the score 16-0.
Pemberton gets a 1st down from the 50 yard line before being tackled down by a Shiloh defense. With 2:23 on the clock left for the first half, Pemberton slips between Shiloh’s D-line for his last touchdown of the game, giving his team a 30-0 advantage over Shiloh.
The final score was 34-0. A sweet, sweet victory, for the Mighty Rams making their overall game average 6-0.
“With all the seniors leaving the team, next years players are going to have their work cut out for them if they want to keep up Grayson’s name,” senior Frank Bebbes said.
However , even with powerful seniors leaving, the team for next year still looks promising.
But before getting into next season, the Mighty Rams still have plenty of games to focus on for this year.
Outstanding performances were made by senior Frank Bebbes, #7, who got the Rams into 1st down during the 4th quarter, along with several good carries.
Terrius Watson, #9, who ran the ball several times and also contributed to the Rams score.
Austin Clark, #99, who kicked in the final score for the Rams victory.
