Landing the nation's No. 1 recruit,
Robert Nkemdiche, has Clemson at the forefront of the college football world.
Tigers fans are already wondering how the program's buzz and momentum will carry over with other targets.

One such recruit is fellow Peach State defensive lineman
Montravius Adams, one of the nation's premier defensive linemen.
Clemson would love to add a stud interior lineman to complement Nkemdiche on the outside.
However, Adams appears to be a long shot. He told MaxPreps that he was visiting Alabama today.
When asked if he had considered the idea of playing with Nkemdiche in college, he said, "no."
The Tigers have a better chance to land elite defensive back
Kendall Fuller from Good Counsel.
Just as Nkemdiche's teammates helped to lure him to Clemson, Fuller's teammate,
Dorian O'Daniel, has already verbally committed to the Tigers.
Fuller is supposedly leaning to Virginia Tech, where his brothers played. However, as with the case with Nkemdiche, who was long considered favoring Alabama, there's no sure thing in recruiting.

Clemson proved that in 2011, when it
stunned recruiting fans by landing top linebacker
Tony Steward on National Signing Day.
Other top recruits that Clemson remains in the mix for include wide receiver
Marquez North and linebacker
Larenz Bryant.
Running back
Ryan Green is also considering Clemson along with Florida State, Notre Dame and others.
Linebacker
Peter Kalambayi, another Top 100 recruit, was considering the Tigers, but he recently came out with a Top 5 that did not include Clemson, according to his head coach Brian Hales.
In the class of 2014, Clemson is off to a fast start,
landing speedy running back Dalvin Cook.
Clemson failed to crack the Top 20 in the
most recent team recruiting rankings, as Nkemdiche was the first Top 100 prospect to pledge to the Tigers.
However, it could close with four or five Top 100 recruits, which would dramatically boost their class.
