No. 17 St. Xavier (Cincinnati) at Colerain (Cincinnati)Last week, senior
Conor Hundley galloped for 156 yards and four touchdowns in St. Xavier's
38-21 win over Pickerington Central on a rainy Sunday afternoon in the Kirk Herbstreit Classic at Ohio Stadium. It was one of the bright spots in an uneven performance for the Bombers, who turned the ball over four times in the first half but also forced Pickerington Central to commit five turnovers. Last season, St. Xavier ousted Colerain in the second round of the Division I playoffs with a 24-23 victory.
Colerain has played outstanding, hard-nosed defense in each of its two wins. The Cardinals
opened with a 17-7 victory over Cocoa (Fla.), ending the Tigers' 38-game winning streak, and blistered Ryle (Union, Ky.), 37-0, last week. Junior running back
Jackson Sorn had a big game against Ryle, rushing for more than 220 yards and two touchdowns despite carrying the ball just nine times. His production will be needed to make up for the loss of fellow junior back Chris Davis, who is out for the season with a knee injury.

Steve Montoya: Colerain 21, St. Xavier 20
Stephen Spiewak: St. Xavier 17, Colerain 10Kevin Askeland: St. Xavier 30, Colerain 28

Colerain and St. Xavier always provide big hits.
