As a freshman, Dybantsa averaged 19.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.5 blocks per contest while shooting 60.8 percent from the field and 41 percent from 3-point range to lead
St. Sebastian's School (Needham, Mass.) to the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council Class A title game with a record of 26-2.
Dybantsa also had a strong spring competing on the Nike EYBL 17U circuit before winning gold with the USA U16 National team at the FIBA Americas championship. He averaged 18.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game over the course of 12 games in the EYBL and averaged 13.7 points, 3.8 assists and 3.7 rebounds in six games for the USA U16 squad.
After being upset in the first round of GEICO Nationals in 2022-23, Prolific Prep finished ranked No. 6 in the National Top 10 with a record of 35-2 in its first season under head coach Ryan Bernardi.
