In one of the most spectacular performances in bowl game history, Tyler Gaffney led
Cathedral Catholic (San Diego) to a 37-34 win over St. Mary's (Stockton). He finished with 329 yards on 33 carries with five touchdowns, but the capper was a 51-yard touchdown run that gave Cathedral Catholic the lead for good at 37-34 with 4:45 left in the fourth quarter.
