In a showdown of SoCal powers, Mater Dei fell to St. John Bosco 28-25.

12. (11) Central (Miami), 6-1
Central beat Norland 32-12.

13. (12) Colquitt County (Moultrie, Ga.), 7-0
Rush Propst's squad moved to 7-0 with a 58-14 win over Lee County.

14. (13) Buford (Ga.), 6-0
Buford notched its fourth shutout in six games, a 56-0 win over North Hall.

15. (18) Bingham (South Jordan, Utah), 7-1
Bingham withstood a great effort from Austin Kafentzis but held off Jordan 58-41.
