Rankings continue to take shape across the nation as every state has now begun play.
The top teams remained the same in every region except the Northeast, where former No. 1 St. Joseph's Prep (Philadelphia) fell to No. 5 after a loss to Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.), which went from No. 14 to No. 3.
Fort Osage (Independence, Mo.) was a big mover this week in the Midwest rankings, bursting into the top five all the way from No. 12.
