Donovan/St. Anne's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Another player making a difference was Laylah Lou Walters, who scored nine points along with nine steals and five rebounds.
Donovan/St. Anne has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Illinois Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 4-12.
