Harrison won MaxPreps Male National Athlete of the Year honors as a sophomore after leading Reidsville to state championships in football and basketball.
On the football field, Harrison 62 passes for 940 yards and 16
touchdowns as a tight end. At defensive end he added 76 tackles, nine
sacks and eight pass deflections for the Rams, who went 15-1.

Harrison also dominated on both ends of the basketball court with averages of
19.4 points, 15.1 rebounds and 3.7 blocked shots per contest. In the state
title game he had 19 points, 17 rebounds and five blocked shots.
Harrison is a five-star tight end according to the
247Sports, which also has him rated as the No. 1 player at his position. The 6-foot-7, 243-pounder is a four-star basketball prospect rated No. 31 in his class.
