RENTON, Wash. - Judging by the response of players, coaches and media members on social media, the USA Football/MaxPreps High School Football Media Day hosted by the Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks on Sunday was a big success.
Coaches and team captains were given the opportunity to take the same stage that the Seattle Seahawks take when they conduct media interviews.
After their names were announced, they sat down on the chair marked by their very own name card, and fielded questions from a variety of print and digital media members.
Afterward the players headed outside to the Seahawks' outdoor training field, where they learned basic Heads Up Football tackling techniques and equipment fitting, and took media photographs.
Here's a recap of the day in photos captured by MaxPreps Director of Photography Todd Shurtleff.
