The stakes are high in all remaining high school football games, which means it's likely that there will continue to be major turnover in the MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Football Rankings presented by the Army National Guard.
Allen, St. John Bosco and South Panola all notched big victories over the weekend to bolster their resumes, with big games looming for each next week.
Multiple states will play their state finals this weekend, helping to provide further clarity in the rankings. Two of the four newcomers, Corona Centennial and Euless Trinity, will look to continue their seasons (and further elevate their rankings) with marquee victories over St. John Bosco and Allen, respectively.
