No. 5 St. Frances Academy (Baltimore) rolled to a one-sided 35-7 win over No. 3 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.). 2020 Michigan commit Blake Corum accounted for over 200 yards and two scores. In the Panther's seven wins they have outscored the opposition 329-27.
No. 1 Mater Dei and No. 2 St. John Bosco both won big setting up a huge showdown next week.
A team just outside of the Top 25, McEachern (Powder Springs, Ga.), knocked off No. 21 Marietta (Ga.), 14-12. The Blue Devils scored a late touchdown in the final minute from 2020 Tennessee commit Harrison Bailey but missed a two point conversion to tie the game. McEachern is now 7-0 this season and expect them to make an appearance in next week's rankings.
The WCAC showed why it is one of the toughest conferences in the nation. St. John's (Washington, D.C.) prevailed to a 34-31 win over No. 25 Good Counsel (Olney, Md.) after a touchdown run from
Antwain Littleton in the final minute.
