Stat Stars: Cheshire Academy football's Cody Keith is all smiles

Cody Keith certainly has everyone smiling at Cheshire Academy as he had his second straight huge outing to lift the Cats to a big win.

Two weeks ago, Keith threw for 637 yards and eight touchdowns in a 62-34 win over St. Thomas More. Last week, Keith nearly equaled his total, throwing for 595 yards and eight more touchdowns in a 64-20 win over Westminster. Keith's total was enough to top national passing leader Maty Mauk of Kenton, who threw for 592 yards and seven touchdowns.

Meanwhile Austin Miele of Mars must have felt like his was running to Mars in his team's 52-20 win over Hollidaysburg. Miele had the nation's best rushing output of the season with 448 yards on only 28 carries with three touchdowns.
