Centennial (Corona, Calif.) made the biggest jump in this week's MaxPreps West Region Football Computer Rankings as it moved from No. 16 to No. 8 following a win over previous No. 7 Long Beach Poly.
Three teams joined the rankings this week, including Mililani (Hawaii) and Cathedral Catholic (San Diego), both of which entered the rankings tied at No. 18. Edison (Fresno, Calif.) also entered the rankings at No. 23.
Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) and St. John Bosco (Bellflower) remained at No. 1 and 2 respectively. Those two teams will meet Friday in Las Vegas.

Colorado, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and
