Sara Okeke, battling foul trouble for much of the day, finished with 20 points including a 12-point outburst in the fourth period to salt the game away.
After a disjointed first half that featured 19 fouls in 16 minutes, DME (25-4) used a 17-8 run over the third period to turn a six-point edge into a 51-36 lead heading into the season's final quarter.
Bullis, however, refused to roll over, cutting its deficit to 53-45 on a Nwude steal and score halfway through the period.
But Okeke staunched the run with a low-post bucket before a dagger 3-pointer from
Timani Harris gave DME a 58-45 edge with under three to play.
