The state’s top rivalry resumed Friday as Bingham claimed a 28-19 victory to advance to the 5A championship game against Davis, which overwhelmed Hunter 41-17.

Davis got 187 yards and two touchdowns from Tanner Hinds and another two scores from QB Gavin Fowler as it pulled away from Hunter, scoring the game’s final 27 points.
Ekausi Tavo had 171 yards and a score for Hunter.
The 3A championship will be a Juan Diego-Hurricane rematch after Hurricane erased a 12-0 Park City lead and held off the Miners in the fourth quarter for a 24-19 victory. Jarom Healy had 140 yards and two touchdowns for the Tigers.
