The 2021 Delaware high school football season is in the middle of its final stage.
Teams have persevered through a rugged regular season not to mention
COVID-19 and all its protocols to advance to the state's ultimate
tournament.
Defending Division II state champion
Howard (Wilmington) finished as the No. 1 team in the state in 2020 but will not defend its title. Defending Division I champion
Sussex Central (Georgetown) also is out after losing a Division III quarterfinal game last week.
