Buford (Ga.) is playing at another level in Georgia's Class AA this season. Not only is Buford loaded with some of Georgia's best players, but it has outscored opponents 91-0 in its first two games.
Last year's team similarly entered its showdown with
Carver (Columbus, Ga.) as the No. 1-ranked team in AA, but Buford got stunned by an Isaiah Crowell-led Carver squad 14-0.
Not only is Buford looking for revenge, but coach Jess Simpson's squad would benefit from a strong performance a week before it tangles with Derrick Henry-led Yulee.
