1. Wasilla
Head coach: Jeannie Hebert-Truax
2015-16 record: 21-2

Wasilla nabbed its state-record sixth Class 4A state title. The Warriors return first team All-State guard Olivia Davies and a loaded backcourt.

2. Dimond (Anchorage)
Head coach: Jim Young
2015-16 record: 17-1

Dimond fell in the Class 4A state championship game last year. The Lynx bring back super sophomore Alissa Pili, who averaged an astounding 18 points and 11.7 rebounds per game.

3. Lathrop (Fairbanks)
Head coach: David Stewart
2015-16 record: 16-12 The Malemutes finished sixth at the Class 4A state tournament last year. Lathrop returns second team All-State member Jahnna Hajdukovich.

4. Ketchikan
Head coach: Kelly Smith
2015-16 record: 25-3

Ketchikan reached the Class 4A state semifinals last year. Senior A.J. Dela Cruz should be a force after averaging 9.5 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.

5. West Valley (Fairbanks)
Head coach: Jesse Craig
2015-16 record: 22-8

West Valley racked up 22 wins last year and reached the Class 4A state semifinals last year. Sophomore Ellen Silva should bring some firepower after posting 5.7 points and 2.7 rebounds.
