Defending national champion Grayson continues its stranglehold on the MaxPreps Georgia boys basketball computer rankings following two decisive wins last week, South Gwinnett (Snellville), 81-33, and Rockdale County (Conyers), 79-51.
The Rams have a computer rating of 32.6, which is way ahead of No. 2 Shiloh (Snellville) and No. 3 Woodward Academy (College Park), which both have sparkling 17-1 records.
Grayson has won eight straight since its only loss, an 84-80 loss to Newton on Dec. 10. Newton (13-5) is ranked No. 21 in the state.
Defending national champion McEachern (12-4), led by reigning national Player of the Year
Sharife Cooper, is ranked No. 4. Grayson drilled McEachern 83-57 on Dec. 14 in the Atlanta Hawks Naismith Classic.
