The victory was a step in the right direction for Arizona Lutheran Academy, which was coming off a 66-28 defeat at the hands of Northwest Christian in its previous game. The loss comes after Bourgade Catholic defeated Cortez 38-13 last week.
In a V Section II game next week Arizona Lutheran Academy (6-2) takes on Canyon State Academy, and Bourgade Catholic (4-4) will go up against Northwest Christian also in a V Section II game.
