While Kenosha Tremper's victory against Wilmot wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Trojans had just enough and edged out the Panthers 9-7. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
The team relied heavily on Mallory Meier, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Hailey Rocha was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs.
Meanwhile, Franklin hadn't done well against Kenosha Bradford recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Sabers were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Devils. Considering the Sabers have won three contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Melanie Gavin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits.
On the hitting side, Franklin got a massive performance out of Ella Anderson, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs. Another player making a difference was Emily Gavin, who went 4-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Franklin's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Kenosha Tremper has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.2 hits per game.
