The Farwest and the Midwest both have new teams take over the No. 1 spot in the rankings, with both teams occupying the top spot for the first time this season.
St. John Bosco, which has a 7-4 record that includes four forfeit losses, took over the top spot in the Farwest after defeating Tesoro 38-17. The Braves won the Trinity League and take over the top spot in the Farwest ratings from Vista Murrieta, which dropped to No. 3 this week.
