Tresten Hass of
Seward is this week's MaxPreps Nebraska High School Football Player of the Week.
The sophomore quarterback completed 21 of 32 passes for 322 yards and a score while
rushing for 25 yards and another TD in a 20-13 win over Lincoln Pius
X. For the season, Hass is completing 68.8 percent of his pass attempts for the 2-0 Bluejays.

Scottsbluff:
Got it done on both sides of the ball in a 24-21 win over North Platte.
Defensively, recorded 13 tackles including a tackle for loss, recovered
a fumble and forced a fumble. Offensively, completed 3 of 5 passes for
18 yards and a touchdown and ran the ball for an additional 70 yards.

Millard South (Omaha):
Recorded 14 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and recovered a fumble, returning it for a 10-yard touchdown in a 33-0 win over then No.
15 Elkhorn South.

Waverly:
Completed 15 of 19 passes for 247 yards and a score while gaining 66
yards on the ground in a 42-0 win over Beatrice.

Anthony Rezac,
Omaha Westside: Completed 16 of 22 passes for 249 yards and a pair of touchdowns in a 45-0 win over Grand Island. Added 58 yards on the ground and two more scores.

Keenan Valverde,
Pierce: Valverde ran for 300 yards and four touchdowns on 31 carries, caught a pass for 12 yards, made a tackle and intercepted a pass in a 28-20 win over Columbus Scotus.

Alex Wilcoxson,
Gretna:
Completed 14 of 20 passes for 239 yards and three touchdowns while
gaining 93 yards on the ground and scoring three more times in a 48-28
win over Omaha Central.

Jaden Williams,
Doniphan-Trumbull (Doniphan): Completed 11 of 19 pass attempts for 130 yards and two touchdowns while picking up another 63 yards on the ground in a 40-0 win over West Holt. Also contributed defensively with nine tackles including a tackle for loss and an interception.
