Mater Dei cemented its No. 1 status with a section title win over St. John Bosco.

With California and Texas playoffs heating up, not much change happened in this week's Composite Top 25 rankings. The huge CIF Southern Section title win by Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) game the Monarchs their first section title since 1999 as well as their first state Bowl appearance. Mater Dei remained No. 1, IMG Academy (Brandenton, Fla.) No. 2 and American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.) No. 3.

Armwood (Seffner, Fla.) made this week's biggest jump, leaping 11 to No. 13.
