Peter Matt is the top returning player, he's committed to Penn and back for his fourth varsity season. He's joined by three-year starter

Shenendehowa figures to have one of the deepest pitching staffs in the state of New York, led by MaxPreps Preseason All-American
Ian Anderson, who figures to go early in the MLB Draft in June. Anderson went 6-1 last year with 91 strikeouts in just 53.1 innings pitched.
Nik Malachowski (5-0, 55 Ks) is also back along with
Ben Anderson (3-0).

The
Trojans defeated Tottenville for the PSAL championship last year and Washington is always one of the teams to beat in the City. Coach Steve Mandl will have to find a replacement for pitcher Wesley Rodriguez, who picked up the pitching win in the championship game and was then taken by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the MLB Draft.

Byram Hills captured the Class A state championship last year and it returns the top player in the class in pitcher
Frankie Vesuvio. A MaxPreps All-American who has committed to West Virginia, Vesuvio batted .368 and was 8-2 on the mound. Other key returners include
