John Nguyen ran for 147 yards and three touchdowns to help secure their 39th-straight victory (the eighth-longest streak in the nation). Bellevue opened the season with a 31-24 overtime win against Texas power Trinity (Euless). It has beaten all of the next 12 in-state opponents it faced by at least 28 points.
