Travis Hunter started the 2021 season with a monster performance leading No. 10 Collins Hill (Suwanee, Ga.) to a 36-10 win over Brookwood (Snellville, Ga.) at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta) in the Corky Kell Classic. The 2022 Florida State commit hauled in 13 receptions for 232 yards and two scores. He also threw a 28-yard touchdown and intercepted a pass on defense.
No. 3 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) cruised to an impressive 35-12 win over No. 15 Miami Central (Miami) in the biggest game of the week. Three-star running back

Jairus Satele.

hosting St. Louis (Honolulu, Hawaii) and the Gaels pulled out a 42-21

In the first week of action there was already a major upset as Creekside (Fairburn, Ga.) took down No. 7 Grayson (Loganville, Ga.), 19-14. The Seminoles went into halftime up 6-0 but the Rams answered back in the second half with two touchdowns in the third quarter to take a 14-6 lead. No. 17 Center Grove (Greenwood, Ind.) extended its win streak to 15 with a 38-14 win over rival Warren Central (Indianapolis) in its season opener.
No. 22 St. Xavier (Cincinnati) found itself in an early 14-3 deficit but outscored Lakota West (West Chester, Ohio) 28-0 the rest of the way to pull off a 31-14 win.
No. 5 Thompson (Alabaster, Ala.), No. 20 Servite (Anaheim, Calif.) and No. 24 Corner Canyon (Draper, Utah) all won this week outscoring the opposition 151-21.
