Baseball Recap: Lowellville Has No Trouble Against Western Reserve

Lowellville won the last time they faced Western Reserve and things went their way on Monday too. The Rockets blew past the Blue Devils 14-3. The Rockets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by six runs or more this season.

Kaden Primous spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on five hits.

On the hitting side, Brody Daniels was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Tyler Tuscano, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with three runs, one double, and one RBI.

The win got Lowellville back to even at 5-5. As for Western Reserve, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 6-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Blue Devils beat Lowellville by a score of 14-8 on Tuesday.
