Terrance Ferguson of
Advanced Prep International (Dallas) is in talks to sign with the 36ers.
A 6-foot-6 wing, Ferguson is a Top 25 prospect in high school basketball's Class of 2016, according to
247Sports. He signed with Arizona after previously committing to Alabama but could be going to route of former teammate Emmanuel Mudiay, who spent a year in China before being drafted by the Denver Nuggets.
Ferguson averaged 17.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game for Advanced Prep as a senior, earning a trip to the McDonald's All-American Game.
Notable names that have played for the 36ers in recent seasons include Brock Motum (Washington State) and Jerome Randle (California).
