In a battle of two of the last remaining unbeaten teams in the Miami area, No. 24
University (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) proved to be too much for
Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood), winning 45-16.

Kings scored a third touchdown in the second half and freshman phenom
Jordan Scarlett added two touchdowns to put the game out of reach.
Chaminade got on the board first on a 25-yard field goal with just over four minutes remaining in the first quarter.
From there, Kings got started. He knifed his way into the end zone from 21 yards out to give University a 7-3 lead.
Following a University field goal, Kings struck again for his second touchdown, this one a 1-yard run to push University's lead to 17-3.

The teams traded touchdowns before halftime, as University led 24-10 heading into the locker rooms.
Scarlett's two touchdowns in the third quarter pushed the score to 38-10. Kings' third touchdown initiated a running clock until Chaminade-Madonna finally scored midway through the fourth quarter.
University, which had not allowed a point since its season-opening 52-51 win over Goose Creek (S.C.) on Sept. 3, will face Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, Del.) next week in its final tune-up before playoffs begin.
